If you currently have a Credit Account with Loupe Images simply Contact us and we can approve your on-line account and give you your account number. If you are a new customer and are interested in opening an account with Loupe Images, please fill out our open account credit application online. To set up a Credit Account, please complete the 'whole' form and click the 'Send' button. The request will come straight to a representative who will respond within 48 hrs.
Please note: Due to the time difference (requests made over the weekend cannot be processed until Monday a.m. GMT). It normally takes 2 business days for Loupe Images to verify your credit information and to contact you via email with your open account number and procedures.

This is a request for an open account with Loupe Images in accordance with the terms and conditions of Loupe Images' appropriate use licence. The undersigned certifies that all the foregoing is true and correct. In consideration of the extension of credit to the undersigned by Loupe Images, it is specifically understood as follows:
  1. Terms of credit: our invoices are due within 15 days of receipt, past due after 30 days.
  2. Financial charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) are assessed on unpaid balances after 30 days, beginning from the date of invoice.
  3. In the event of default in payment, Loupe Images is authorized to retain counsel to institute collections and/ or legal action and shall be entitled to recover all costs (including court costs and arbitration costs) and fees, including the reasonable legal fees incurred by Loupe Images in the enforcement of this agreement, plus interest, both pre- judgment and post-judgment, at the highest lawful rate.
  4. Loupe Images is authorized to obtain credit information from any references provided.
  5. Applicant understands that there are no refunds, credits or exchanges once an image is purchased and downloaded. Any charges made to applicants account, whether authorized or not by applicant, must be paid for by applicant.
  6. Applicant agrees to use our images only in accordance with the appropriate Loupe Images licence agreement on this web site.
  7. Applicant agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated above as well as on all transactions in the future.
